1. 8cent’s Own Copyright Rights
- All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, data, layout, software, and code, is protected by Malaysian and international copyright laws and owned by 8cent or its licensors.

2. User Responsibilities
When you submit information (e.g., inquiries, feedback, file uploads) through the "Contact Us" form, email, or other interactive features on the Site, you warrant that:
- You own all necessary copyrights in the content or have obtained authorization from the rights holder.
- Your content does not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.
- If a third party makes a copyright claim against 8cent arising from your submitted content, you shall bear sole legal liability and indemnify 8cent for any losses suffered.
3. Infringement Notification (for Copyright Owners)
If you believe that any content on the Site infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice (a "Notification") to 8cent at the email below. We will review it promptly and take reasonable measures (including removal or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content) upon receiving a valid Notification.
Your Notification must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., title, registration number, link to first publication).
- Identification of the allegedly infringing content sufficient to locate it on the Site (e.g., specific URL, page location).
- Your contact information: name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the Notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

4. Counter-Notice (if content was removed mistakenly)
If you believe your content was removed due to error or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notice. The Counter-Notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed content and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification, and that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts and accept service of process from the original notifier.
- Your name, address, and contact information.
We will forward the Counter-Notice to the original notifier and, as required by law, restore the removed content within a reasonable period (unless the original notifier files a court action).
5. Repeat Infringers
8cent reserves the right to terminate the ability to use interactive features (such as contact forms) of the Site for users who are repeat infringers of copyright. For content hosted on the Site, after receiving multiple valid notifications, we will refuse to continue displaying that content.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from this Policy or a copyright notification shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
7. Changes to This Policy
8cent reserves the right to modify this Copyright Policy at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be notified via homepage announcement or email (only to those who have submitted a contact form). Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
