- Front desk telephone answering
- Handle room booking via phone, internet and walk in.
- Check in & check out room guest.
- Department coordination ensuring room guest comfort
- Guest relations
- Night auditor.
- Processes reservations by e-mail, telephone, telex, cable, fax or central reservation systems referral.
- Processes reservations from the sales office, other hotel departments, and travel agents.
- Open and close the availability as and when required of hotel to all the Travel Agent, OTA and Hotel system
- Create and maintain reservation records by date of arrival and alphabetical listing.
- Prepares letters of confirmation/invoice/Performa invoice
- Understands the hotel's policy on guaranteed reservations and no-shows
-Available to communication English, B.Malaysia add Advantage in Chinese.
